Travelite was incorporated in Singapore on 12 August 2005 as a private limited company under the name "Travelite Holding Pte. Ltd.", which subsequently changed its name to "Travelite Holdings Pte. Ltd." on 21 February 2006. Travelite were converted into a public limited company, "Travelite Holdings Ltd." on 20 March 2007. Pursuant to a restructuring exercise, Travelite became the holding company of Travelite Group, with the acquisition of subsidiaries, Demarco Pte Ltd, Travelite Marketing Sdn. Bhd. and Travel For All Sdn. Bhd. Travelite was listed on the former SGX-SESDAQ on 16 May 2007.
